Cancellation Policy
Booking in advance: Clients are encouraged to book walks at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability however shorter notice we will try my best to accomadate.
Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change. To better serve all our clients and their pups, we kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and provide the best service to all our furry friends.
Emergency Cancellations:We understand that emergencies happen. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling.
Hot and Cold Weather Policy
Extreme weather: Walk times maybe adjusted for safety reasons. If the weather is extremely hot, cold or a thunderstorm is in progress a walk maybe cancelled or shortened and your bill will be adjusted accordingly.
Owners notification: We will notify customers in advance of any changes due to whether.
Payment and Billing Policy
Payment methods: we accept the following payment methods cash and bank transfer.
Payment Schedule: Payments are due at the time of booking or on a monthly basis for regular clients.
Health & Safety Policy
Vaccination requirements: All dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations are free from contagious illnesses.
Leash policy: All dogs must be walked on a leash at all times unless in a secure, and closed area with the owners permission.
Health issues: Owners must inform us of any health issues or medication that Dog requires.
Client Communication Policy
Consultation: All clients will have to provide contact emergency contact information along with all other information that you are happy to provide on Mr Woofingtons consultation form. This must be done prior to any walks taking place.
Key and Home Access Policy
Key handling: We follow strict protocols for handling and storing client keys. Keys are labelled without identifiable information and kept secure.
Home Access: Owners must inform us of any alarm systems, special instructions or restricted areas in the home.
Dog Compatibility Policy
Group walks: Dogs participating in group walks are carefully selected to ensure compatibility and safety.
Individual needs: We accommodate individual needs and preferences, including solo walks for dogs that do not do well in groups.
Aggressive behaviour Policy
Behaviour assessment Dogs with aggressive tendencies must undergo behaviour assessment before being accepted as clients.
Handling aggression If a dog displays aggressive behaviour during walk, I may terminate the walk early for safety reasons and discuss further steps with the owner.
Liability Policy
Insurance coverage: We are fully insured to cover any incidents that may occur during our services.
Owner responsibility: Owners are responsible for any medical expenses or damages resulting from their dogs behaviour.
Privacy and Data Protection Policy
Confidentiality: We respect client privacy and do not share personal information without consent.
Data protection: Client information is securely stored and only used for business purposes.
